On Thursday 29 October 2026, ISLA will be running its annual in-person briefing event in Frankfurt for our German member firms and wider market participants.

This will be a half-day afternoon session, kindly hosted by State Street.

Alongside updates from ISLA, on key advocacy, regulatory, legal, and digital priorities and initiatives it is actively engaged on, attendees should expect to hear from leading industry representatives on key themes, such as:

• A focus on Germany, against the backdrop of other global and EU power houses, but also its domestic stability opportunities and challenges through a political and macro-economic lens.
• T+1, and the operational impacts and systemic challenges, that still remain from the practitioners’ perspective as we edge towards accelerated settlement cycles.
• How AI and digital media signals are transforming liquidity forecasting, sentiment analysis, and risk management in securities lending.
