By entering the conference, you understand that the official photographer will be operating onsite and agree that by entering the event your photograph may be taken and this footage may be used by ISLA for marketing purposes.

Substitution & Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your registration before 19 November 2026.
All substitution & cancellation requests must be made in writing to events@islagroup.org.
After this cut off date, we cannot refund registration fees (Non-Members) and only substitutions are allowed at least 7 days prior to the event.
ISLA reserves the right to refuse or cancel a registration. In the unlikely event of the conference being cancelled or postponed, ISLA is not responsible for any costs incurred by the delegates in connection with their attendance.

**Beneficial Owners are defined as: Investment and pension fund trustees and representatives, who participate or would consider participating in securities lending through an agent only. This implies that your company does not have its own Securities Lending Desk. The beneficial owner category is only for representatives of the long only investing community such as pension and mutual fund trustees and advisors. It is not intended that this category would apply to hedge fund or alternative managers or sponsors. Your registration will only be valid, once you have received a confirming registration number.

Receiving the attendee list is a privilege for conference sponsors only.
