On Wednesday 30 September 2026, ISLA will be returning to Milan for an in-person Briefing event for Italian members and wider market participants.

This will be a half day afternoon session, kindly be hosted by BNY, and in partnership with ASSIOM FOREX, the Italian Financial Markets Operators Association.

Alongside updates from ISLA, on key advocacy, regulatory, legal, and digital priorities and initiatives it is actively engaged on, attendees should expect to hear from leading industry representatives on key themes, such as:

• The evolution of Italian financial markets, both nationally but also significantly within the broader EU capital markets eco-system.
• The important role of securities lending as an ‘enabler’ of providing liquidity, but also opportunities in the context of revenue generation as well as risk management.
• Market infrastructure expansion and integration, as well as technological advancements in areas such as digital assets.
